Growing Your Business When You Are the Business!

Mark LeBlanc graciously gave of his time and talents once again to our NSA-WI chapter. Below are some of Mark’s golden nuggets members were buzzing about after this event:

Rob Bell says he most enjoyed Mark sharing,
  • Offer a book quantity discount: if you sell 25 copies give a 25% discount; if you sell 50 copies, offer a 50% discount. Keep it simple.
  • Your presentation title, book title, and domain name should be the same. Consistency is key.
  • “What you do every day is more important than what you do once in a while.”
  • “7% of any target market will pay you whatever you charge as long as you’re positioned properly, packaged properly, and you promote yourself properly.”
Tina Hallis loved the idea of knowing clearly what your “4 Mores Are”. What 4 outcomes/objectives/deliverables your program will provide your clients. As you share you want to clearly state how you will offer MORE (ie. Referrals, productivity, customer satisfaction,….) Have 4 concise statements.

Jim Lindell loved, “Don’t be a perfectionist. Getting something done is much better than waiting for it to be perfect.”

Brian Udermann and Patty Hendrickson both resonated with Mark’s statement, "If you wanna go fast go alone, if you wanna go far go with others."

Lisa Haen being the spreadsheet and process guru she is, loved a tool Mark has available to help us all track our numbers. He shared, “his one ‘demandment’ is to track your numbers correctly.”
