Save Time, Stress Less, and Never Miss a Thing: Systems for Speaker Survival and Success

12:30-2:00 p.m. -- General Meeting
2:05-3:00 p.m. -- Mini Masterminds

Whether you’re a keynoter, trainer, consultant, or coach, systems are the difference between being a scattered, forgetful amateur who can barely keep up, and being a professional, organized, on-the-details, everything-is-under-control wizard of multi-client service. In this program Joe Mull, CSP will review how to create and implement the systems needed to run an organized, profitable business. Come learn how to create a push-button system to track all the “to-do’s” for every booked gig, a comprehensive marketing system to drive traffic to your business, and more. This program is perfect for the busy professional in need of a systems tune-up and early-career speakers seeking sound methods for running a speaking business.

Joe has spent thousands of hours shaping managers into strong leaders with his decades of experience, compelling content, and dynamic delivery. In demand as a speaker and trainer, Joe has attracted audiences of all sizes from all sectors from all over North America. Prior to launching his own firm, Joe was head of Learning & Development for a Top 10 U.S. healthcare organization where he managed training for more than 9,000 employees at over 500 locations.

Joe is Certified MBTI practitioner, has taught leadership courses at Ohio University and the University of Pittsburgh, and holds a master’s degree in education from Ohio University.

Joe’s 2014 book, Cure for the Common Leader: What Physicians & Managers Must Do to Engage & Inspire Healthcare Teams, has been called “one of the most practical healthcare leadership books you’ll ever read.” His 2018 book No More Team Drama: Ending the Gossip, Cliques, & Other Crap that Damage Workplace Teams is a must read for leaders who want to improve teamwork, collaboration, and communication in the workplace.  Joe holds the coveted Certified Speaking Professional™ (CSP®) designation from the National Speakers Association (NSA), held by fewer than 20% of professional speakers worldwide. The CSP is the speaking profession’s international measure of speaking excellence and signals a proven track record of experience and expertise, as well as a commitment to outstanding client service, and ethical behavior.
