Video on Your Web Listing

We are pleased to announce that we are ready to begin putting NEW and UPDATED video demos on the NSA-WI web site for the 2008-2009 membership year!!!

You'll definitely want to take advantage of this offer. Why? Because today's web-savvy meeting planners almost always watch your video online before they even think about calling you. If you don't have video on your web site, you are missing out on numerous speaking opportunities!

Here's a link to the speakers who already have video on our web site.

The cost for adding video to your listing is $99 per year. This fee is in addition to your annual dues renewal. Video listings will run from September 1st to September 1st (corresponding to your annual dues renewal).

If you already have a video on the web site and would like to update it, send us your new video and we will update it for you.

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO SUBMIT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE:

Up to a 3 minute video clip in one of these accepted formats:

• Mini DV tape
• DVD of your video
• Video file in these digital formats: .AVI, .DV, .MOV, .WMV (please submit digital files on CD - do not email)
• Link to your existing online video. We can do a live screen capture and convert the video from there

Please note: We will not be accepting VHS video tapes. Also, no editing will be done. You must supply one video clip.

Please have your video cued up to the beginning of your video clip. Also, include a written description of the clip you are using (your name, length of clip, your opening words and closing words and the format you are sending) From the date you mail your video, please allow at least two weeks for your video to be posted online.
